Can I change my name after ordering?
No. As soon as your order is confirmed, production starts quickly and the text can no longer be changed. Please proofread the spelling carefully before paying.
How many characters can I engrave?
We recommend 12 characters at most so the text stays legible and well centred on the piece. A long name such as "Alexandra" fits without any problem.
Which finishes do you offer?
Silver (stainless steel), 18K gold plated, and 18K rose gold plated. You can also add engraving on the back.
Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Allow 5 to 10 business days in total: 2 to 5 days to engrave your piece, then transport. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free to mainland France. To the other European Union countries, it costs €7.95.
Returns and guarantees
Can I return my jewellery?
As each piece is engraved to order, it cannot be taken back or exchanged if you simply change your mind. However, if it arrives damaged, defective or with an engraving that does not match the text you validated, we will replace or refund it. Write to us within 14 days of receipt, with your order number and photos.
