Returns and refunds

Each piece of jewellery is made to order and engraved with the text you entered.

Non-returnable products

In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods. Our products therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if you simply change your mind.

What is still covered

We will replace or refund your piece if it arrives damaged or defective, with an engraving that does not match the text you validated, or if it never reaches you. Your legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects remain applicable.

How to make a request

Write to us at lumelleparis@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt (or of the expected delivery date), with your order number and photos. We reply within 72 h. Once the request is accepted, the refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days.
