Article 1 — Who we are and what these terms cover

The site is published by Lumelle Paris, operated by Enzo Zucca, sole trader (micro-enterprise), 825 avenue des Chabauds, 13320 Bouc-Bel-Air, lumelleparis@gmail.com. These terms of service govern the use of the site. Purchases are governed separately by our Terms of Sale. By visiting the site, you accept these terms.

Article 2 — Access to the site

The site is free to access for anyone with an internet connection. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, a breakdown or a case of force majeure may make it temporarily unavailable.

Article 3 — Customer account

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. Please tell us promptly if you think it has been used without your consent.

Article 4 — Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, images, logo, product names, visual identity and all other content of the site belong to Lumelle Paris or are used with permission. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, even partial, without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Article 5 — Content you provide to us

The text you enter for engraving (name, word, date) must comply with the law and third-party rights: it must not be insulting, discriminatory or defamatory, nor infringe a trademark or copyright. We reserve the right to refuse an order whose text does not comply with these rules. You authorise us to use this text only to make your piece of jewellery.

Article 6 — Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to attempt unauthorised access to it, and not to use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Article 7 — Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, for example). We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Article 8 — Liability

We take care to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, but errors or omissions may remain; images are for illustration. To the extent permitted by law, our liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage related to the use of the site. These terms in no way limit your rights as a consumer.

Article 10 — Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of your visit, with its last-updated date.

Article 11 — Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first to find an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator indicated in our legal notice.
