Shipping and returns

Made to order

Each piece is engraved for you once your order is placed. That is what makes it unique, and it is also why we cannot take it back.

Timing

Production and engraving: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery: allow 5 to 10 business days in total between your order and the arrival of your parcel
You receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free for all orders to mainland France: the displayed price is the price you pay.

To the other European Union countries, delivery costs €7.95, shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming. A mistake may cause a delay or the return of the parcel, and the cost of re-shipping would be at your expense.

Returns and exchanges: personalised products cannot be returned

As our products are personalised, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if you simply change your mind (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code; Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

What is still covered

We will replace or refund your piece if it arrives:

damaged or defective;
with an engraving that does not match the text you validated;
or if it never reaches you.

Write to us at contact@lumelleparis.com within 14 days of receipt (or of the expected delivery date), with your order number and photos. We reply within 72 h.
